Cathy is the founder of the Medio Partnership with a passion for working in the field of influencing and relationships in organisations and has specialised in this area for over twenty years. She is a highly experienced consultant specialising in the design and delivery of leadership, management, organisational development and executive coaching programmes tailored to meet the individual requirements of the public, private or not-for-profit sector client up to the most senior levels. Highly skilled in developing and empowering individuals, facilitating organisational change and resolving conflict between groups and individuals, she has a strong sense of personal integrity contributing to a style of true partnership working with clients and colleagues.
Cathy’s style is to work supportively but also to be challenging in the relationships with her clients; to offer honest feedback and to challenge the status quo; to facilitate learning beyond the superficial; and to seek ways forward to produce real and lasting change.
She has worked for the Probation Service, the Milk Marketing Board, United Biscuits, Mars and Roffey Park Institute before setting up her own business in 1989. She read Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford, and has trained at the Metanoia Institute and the Academy of Executive Coaching, specialising in Gestalt as a model for working with individuals and groups. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and a Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
