About the team

We are an enthusiastic team of experienced consultants specialising in the areas of influencing and relationships and their part in leadership.

All of our team have a strong background in developing individuals and teams in organisations.

In addition, we all have training in a variety of psychological perspectives and methods such as Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, NLP and the use of psychometrics (such as MBTI and FIRO-B).
